Spencer O’Donnell is an Associate Vice President on the Snyder/Carlton Team based in the Irvine, CA office of Colliers International.  Spencer specializes in the sale of single-tenant net lease properties and shopping centers across the United States. His expertise is in providing investment sale, consulting, and transactional services to developers, private and institutional owners, and franchisees. Spencer primarily works with owners to sell their properties by spearheading national marketing campaigns to 1031 exchange buyers who are seeking low-management, stabilized investments with cash flow from national companies.

Business and Educational Background

Spencer holds Broker licenses in California and Montana and is currently in his 8th year as part of the team. He began his real estate career at John Burns Real Estate Consulting prior to starting as a Sales Associate for the team. While being mentored by senior partners Jereme Snyder and Eric Carlton, he then advanced to Associate, and then Senior Associate positions, before assuming his current role as Associate Vice President of retail investment sales.
