Robert Chana is a Vice President on the Snyder/Carlton Team based in the Irvine, CA office of Colliers International. Rob specializes in single tenant industrial and retail dispositions and owner/user sale leasebacks. Rob has extensive successful experience working with private capital and institutional clients.

Business and Educational Background

Before joining Colliers, Rob served as a Development Partner at Coyote Real Estate which specializes in the redevelopment of retail Shopping Centers. Prior to Coyote, Rob served as a Vice President of Acquisitions for a NYC-based public REIT (REIT is affiliated with Brookfield Asset Management, Inc). Rob was an investment sales advisor at SRS, Kase Group, and SIG, specializing in industrial and retail dispositions representation, as well as buy-side representation for 1031 exchanges.

As of 2024, over his eleven year career, Rob has been involved in over $600 million in commercial real estate acquisitions.
