Adam has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience as an investment sales advisor with over $1 Billion in transaction volume comprised of more than 2 million square fee. He has assisted in the acquisition and sale of commercial property for pension fund advisors, REITs, developers, private high net worth, family office, 1031 exchange and foreign investors.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Colliers, Adam worked with Beta Agency, a select team of commercial real estate professionals who specialize in retail commercial real estate. Prior to joining Beta Agency in 2022, Adam was a Director with JLL’s Net Lease Property Group in the Orange County office, where he assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant investments throughout the country. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2016, Adam held the title as a Senior associate with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in Long Beach, CA specializing in the sale of retail shopping centers and single tenant net lease investments. While at Marcus & Millichap, Adam was consistently ranked a top 10 Agent and received several sales recognition awards.
